Negative ratings
We submit deletion requests for unjustified doctor reviews (success rate 70%)
Reviews on Jameda, Google and the like are a very important decision criterion for new patients when looking for a doctor or dentist - especially when it comes to self-pay services.
Presumably every doctor will be confronted with a negative review at some point, as the chances of always pleasing every patient 100% are slim (although of course not every dissatisfied patient will leave a negative review). However, if this should be the case, it is important to know your rights. Not every negative review has to be tolerated. This includes, for example, insults or untrue statements of fact. This also includes any statements that go beyond a subjective expression of opinion.

Deletion requests for unjustified doctor reviews
Both Jameda as well as Google offer the opportunity to have existing ratings reviewed. With the help of special requests, you can present your point of view and justify why a deletion should be made. This is followed by a standardised review process and the arguments in the deletion request are assessed. The author of the review is also given the opportunity to comment again during this process. Based on various criteria, a decision is finally made as to whether the review is justified and should remain or be deleted.
Good to know: If the cancellation is rejected, a new cancellation request can be submitted at a later date, provided that new arguments are put forward to justify the cancellation.

Facebook groups can influence the practice's image
